About WB Synergy

A deliberately small French company, positioned at the interface between Europe and Central Africa, which develops its own projects and advises on other people's.

How we got here

WB Synergy SAS was founded in 2019 and registered with the commercial court of Créteil. Fulbert Blaise Kodjeu Wache took over as President and Chief Executive in October 2020.

The original activity was management and operational resilience consulting, a direct extension of its chief executive's experience in European financial institutions. In 2024 the company began a strategic shift toward the actual development of infrastructure, particularly in the energy transition and Europe-Africa cooperation.

That shift was written into the articles of association: the corporate purpose was extended to cover renewable energy project development, project finance, and compliance with the European DORA Regulation alongside the GDPR.

Our size, and why we state it

WB Synergy is a small structure built around a core leadership and a network of technical, legal and financial partners mobilised project by project. We say so openly: a financial institution running its diligence will establish it in any case, and the model is entirely familiar to anyone who finances infrastructure. It does impose selection discipline - we decline assignments we cannot run at the level of presence expected.

Leadership

Fulbert Blaise Kodjeu Wache

President and Chief Executive

Fulbert Blaise Kodjeu Wache has worked for more than fifteen years in the European financial sector, at BNP Paribas Fortis and subsequently BNP Paribas Asset Management, in business continuity, crisis management, data protection and operational risk. He has led business continuity operations across several European markets and works today on the integration of operational resilience frameworks.

He co-founded WB Synergy SAS in 2019 and has served as its President since October 2020. In 2024 he led the company's shift toward sustainable infrastructure development and Europe-Africa cooperation.
