Every factual statement published on this site is tied to an identified internal source document. Figures carry their date and their scope. Where a more recent document supersedes an earlier figure, the earlier figure is withdrawn from our materials and does not reappear.

Project and client confidentiality

The projects we develop involve public authorities, industrial partners and financial institutions. Information relating to negotiations, tariffs, financial models, financing terms and institutional correspondence is not published.

We operate in jurisdictions where exposure to integrity risk has to be addressed explicitly. Our position is public: no facilitation payments, no undisclosed commissions, no opaque intermediation.
