Cookie policy

This site places no cookies. The only information kept in your browser is the record of your objection to audience measurement, if you choose to make one.

1. What we do not use

To remove any ambiguity: this site carries no advertising tracker, no social network pixel, no remarketing tool, no third-party interactive map and no typeface served from an external domain. Fonts, images and stylesheets are hosted on the site's own domain. Exactly one script is loaded from an external domain: the audience measurement described in section 3.

2. What is kept in your browser

No cookie is placed. A single entry may be written to local storage, and only if you object to audience measurement. Under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, recording your own choice does not require your consent.

Information kept in the browser
NamePurpose and duration
wbs-optoutWritten only if you object to audience measurement, so that your objection is honoured on every page and every visit. Retained until you change your mind or clear your browser's storage. No personal data.

3. Audience measurement

We use Matomo to know which pages are consulted, so that we can improve the site's content. The measurement is carried out for the sole account of WB SYNERGY and is shared with no one.

CNIL provides an exemption from consent for audience measurement, on condition that it is strictly confined to a set of criteria. We configure Matomo to meet them:

Conditions of the consent exemption
ConditionOur configuration
Strictly limited purposeTraffic statistics for this site alone. No other purpose, no advertising, no personalisation.
No cookieCookie storage is switched off (disableCookies).
Truncated IP addressThe last two bytes are removed before anything is recorded. Your full address is never retained.
No cross-site trackingNo identifier shared with another site, no combination with any other processing.
No individual profileThe visits log and visitor profiles are disabled; only aggregate data is produced.
Limited retention13 months maximum.
A working right to objectThe setting in section 4, exercisable in one click from any page.

CNIL neither certifies nor endorses any tool: this is our own assessment, documented here so that you can check it. Were any of these settings to change, audience measurement would again require your prior consent, and this page would be amended accordingly.

Your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal is honoured as well: if it is switched on, no measurement takes place, even without an explicit objection from you.

4. Objecting to audience measurement

You may object at any time, without giving a reason and with no consequence whatsoever for your browsing. Your objection takes effect immediately: no request is then made to the measurement service at all.

This objection is recorded in the browser you are currently using. If you visit the site from another browser or another device, make the choice again there. You can also configure your browser to block trackers or to send “Do Not Track”; those settings apply to every site you visit.

5. Further information

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. The French data protection authority publishes reference documentation on trackers at cnil.fr.
