The difficulty in this assignment is not the buying, it is the synchronisation. Three manufacturers, in two countries, with different production lead times, incoterms and payment conditions, all have to converge on a single sailing. WB Synergy carries that junction: we collect from each manufacturer, group the goods in Europe, build one packing list and one documentation set, and hand the carrier chartered by the client a shipment that already hangs together. It is this intermediate work, invisible on an invoice, that stops the site waiting on the slowest of its suppliers.
We do not publish the models, the quantities or the values of the security equipment we supply. The detail of a security installation belongs to the organisation that operates it, and making it public would reduce its effectiveness. Technical references and completion certificates are provided on request, with the prior agreement of the client concerned.
The above describes the scope entrusted to WB Synergy. It is neither a communication from the Bank of Central African States nor a commitment given on its behalf. The construction programme's schedule is a matter for its client body.
